Asian Vegetable Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 can white shoepeg corn - drain & rinse
  • 2 Tblsp Tiger sauce
  • 1 can blackeye peas - drain and rinse
  • 1 red pepper and green pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • scant 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine in a medium size bowl and marinate overnight.
Drain in the morning.
Serve with scoop tortilla chips.
