Clam Casino Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 small cans minced clams
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 small pepper chopped (she says green)
  • 10 slices of bacon fried crisp and chopped
  • 36 Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Reserve juice of two cans of clams.
Sautee peppers and onion in butter.
Add lemon juice
add onions, pepper and bacon to a bowl
add crushed crackers 1 sleeve at a time
Mix add reserved liquid if needed
add clams and juice
bake 350 for 10 - 20 minutes ...until it sizzles
