Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy Muffin Mix
  • Grated Cheese (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
