Adam's Wontons

Adam makes the best wontons! Our boys love them too!

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts vegetable oil
  • 100 wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp minced dried onion
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
  • 2 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal Steak seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil to medium high.

Mix all ingredients together.
Lay out wonton wrapper and place aprox. 1 Tbsp of mixture in the middle. Fold wrapper in half over mixture, seal edges closed, and twist outer edges together to create wonton shape.

Fry 8-10 wontons at a time in oil for about 5 minuets, or until meat is fully cooked and wrapper is golden.
