Mushroom saute

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp dried oregano
  • sliced mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, & mushrooms. Saute for 20 - 30 min, or until tender.
