Ingredients
- 2 seedless cucumbers, unpeeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tbs kosher salt
- 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Placed cucumber slices in colander, sprinkle with salt and toss to coat. Set aside for 15 minutes stirring occasionally to distribute the salt.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Drain cucumbers and pat dry. Add cucumbers to the dressing and blend well. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours. Serve cold.
