Strawberry Pie

Great Pie. Vickie won a contest with this recipe.

Ingredients

• 2 Pints Strawberries
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup water
• 3 Tablespoon Cornstarch
• 1 small Strawberry jello minus 1 Tab.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1/2 cup of the sugar over the sliced strawberries.
Mix Sugar, Cornstarch and water.cook until clear and thickened Set aside until cool. Bake Pie shell.Place berries in pie shell and top with jello mixture. Let set for several hours.Top with Cool Whip.
