Ingredients
- A Cup Each:
- Nuts:
- Raw/or roasted, unsalted Almonds
- Unsalted Shelled Sunflower Seeds
- Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds
- Unsalted Peanuts
- Dried Fruit:
- Raisins
- Cranberries
- Cherries
- Blueberries
- Banana Chips
- Pineapple (diced)
- Papaya (diced)
- Coconut Chips or Flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all in a large bowl and place in an airtight container.
About 1/3 to 1/2 cup makes a nice serving!
