Ingredients

  • A Cup Each:
  • Nuts:
  • Raw/or roasted, unsalted Almonds
  • Unsalted Shelled Sunflower Seeds
  • Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds
  • Unsalted Peanuts
  • Dried Fruit:
  • Raisins
  • Cranberries
  • Cherries
  • Blueberries
  • Banana Chips
  • Pineapple (diced)
  • Papaya (diced)
  • Coconut Chips or Flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all in a large bowl and place in an airtight container.

About 1/3 to 1/2 cup makes a nice serving!
