Gather up your favorite bulk items and make your own Trail Mix. A great snack!
A Cup Each:
Raw/or roasted, unsalted Almonds
Unsalted Shelled Sunflower Seeds
Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds
Coconut Chips or Flakes
Mix all in a large bowl and place in an airtight container. About 1/3 to 1/2 cup makes a nice serving!
