Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worsestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Remove stems and wash mushroom caps in warm, salted water. Drain on paper
towel. Combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, dill weed
and pepper. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Place in baking dish and bake 350 degrees
for 20 minutes.
