Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 can (approx 7 oz) salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 onion diced
  • olive oil (enough to cover bottom of skillet)

Preparation

Step 1

Remove skin and bones from salmon; drain well. In mixing bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and onion with the canned salmon. Form patties about 2 inches in diameter. Fry in oil until brown on both sides (about 10 minutes) Sprinkle salmon patties with salt (if desired).
