Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 shallot, minced
  • 5 1/2 T finely chopped Italian parsley
  • 1 T finely chopped oregano
  • 1 T red wine vinegar
  • 2 T EVO
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t sugar
  • 1/4 t red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for at least one hour to allow the flavors of the sauce to develop. Serve with your favorite steak - great with hanger steak.
