    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2

    shallot, minced

  • 5 1/2

    T finely chopped Italian parsley

  • 1

    T finely chopped oregano

  • 1

    T red wine vinegar

  • 2

  • 1/2

  • 1/4

    t sugar

  • 1/4

    t red pepper flakes

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for at least one hour to allow the flavors of the sauce to develop. Serve with your favorite steak - great with hanger steak.
