Ingredients
- DiJon Mustard
- Herbs
- Panko Bread Crumbs
- Rosmary
- Thyme
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Remove rack from cryo - 1 hour
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
Wipe w wet dish towel (on bone side)
Heat skillet - place lamb in flat side down
Allow to cool
Paint w DiJon Mustard
Place in bowl herbs, panko crumbs, thyme, garlic
Add olive oil
Cook to 135 degrees
Cover w foil for 10 minutes
