• COLOSIMO'S brand sausage is the best sausage I've found. You can find it at Costco about 3 times a year. Stock up whenever you can. Its worth it.
• Red wine is my favorite.

Preparation

Step 1

Grill. Serve in a good quality bun with all the fixins.

Pickle relish
Whatever you like

Or grill and serve all by itself wih soup and salad.
