Ingredients
- 2 large navel oranges
- 1 1/2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place 10 pop sticks in a bowl of warm water.
2. Slice off tops and bottoms of orange. Using a sharp knife and following the shape of the fruit, slice off peel and white pith. Cut each orange crosswise into 5 round slices, remove any seeds. Drop half of pineapple pieces into molds. Place a slice of orange in eachg, top with remaining pineapple. Fill with juice.
3. To release air bubbles, poke fruit with a skewer and tap molds on counter a few times. place lids on top and insert damp pop sticks. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
