Dry meat rub

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Chile Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Rub into meat or poultry.
Wrap in plastic bag, store in refrigerator until ready to barbeque.

Store remaining ingredients in a glass jar.
