Ingredients
- 3 c. chopped mango (preferably Champagne mangos)
- 6 Tbs water
- 2 Tb honey
- 2 Tb sugar
- 1 Tb mint, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Puree 2 c of mango with water, honey, and sugar in blender until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl and stir remaining cup mango and mint.
****Mangos vary in tartness..you can add lemon juice and make sure to taste the sauce to adjust taste
