Minted Honey Mango Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 c. chopped mango (preferably Champagne mangos)
  • 6 Tbs water
  • 2 Tb honey
  • 2 Tb sugar
  • 1 Tb mint, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Puree 2 c of mango with water, honey, and sugar in blender until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl and stir remaining cup mango and mint.

****Mangos vary in tartness..you can add lemon juice and make sure to taste the sauce to adjust taste
