Ingredients
- 4 C rigatoni (8oz) uncooked
- 1 lb itailian sausage, cut into chunks
- 1 med red onion, sliced
- 1/4 C tomato paste
- 1/4 C sun-dried tomoto vinaigrette dressing
- 1/4 C parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Brown sausage in skillet, drain. Stir in onions & tomoato paste, cover. Cook 15 mins or until onions are tender and sausage is cooked. Stir in dressing.
Toss sausage mixture with pasta. Sprinkle w/cheese.
