Lady and Sons’ Chicken in Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup herb flavored stuffing mix, crushed
  • 4 tablespoon melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Add chicken to a shallow buttered casserole dish and season with salt and pepper. Top with cheese slices.

In a medium bowl combine the soup and wine. Pour over chicken and cheese.

Sprinkle stuffing mix over top and drizzle with melted butter

Bake for 45 minutes.
