Ingredients
- 1 lb whole wheat pasta
- 1 can yellow corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce
- 1/2 bottle of enchilada or red sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta. Add beans and corn. Slowly mix in the BBQ sauce and enchilada sauce. Refrigerate before serving.
