Ingredients
- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned & skin removed, flaked
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 2 cucumbers
- Canned pimiento or fresh Avacado
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, dill weed and dash pepper. Slice cucumber 1/4" thick. Spread salmon mixture (about 1 teaspoon) on each slice. Garnish with small piece of pimiento, or small slice of avacado. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 48.
