Fish Casserole - Paul's Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb box mini penne pasta
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/2 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 tbls parsley
  • 1 1/2 tbls tarragon
  • 1/2 bag frozen peas
  • 1/2 bad shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 fillet striped bass (cooked and shredded)
  • bread crumbs
  • butter
  • white wine
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Coat the bottom of a 3 quart casserol with olive oil
2. Cook the mini penne
3. Mix onion, parsley, tarragon, peas and fish with the cooked penne
4. Turn into the casserole
5. Cover with the shredded cheese
6. Cover with bread crumbs
7. Sprinkle with white wine
8. Dot with butter

cook at 325 for 20 minutes
