HASH BROWNS - BAKED

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
  • 1 500 ml. of sour cream
  • 2 cans Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • grated onion to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw hash browns slightly.

Mix sour cream, cream of Mushroom soup, butter, onion and cheddar cheese

Bake at 9z13 baking dish.

Sprinkle parmesan on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1-1/2 hours.
