  • 1

    500 ml. of sour cream

  • 2

    cans Mushroom Soup

  • 1/2

    cup melted butter

  • 2

    cups grated cheese

  • grated onion to taste

  • Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Thaw hash browns slightly. Mix sour cream, cream of Mushroom soup, butter, onion and cheddar cheese Bake at 9z13 baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1-1/2 hours.
