Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce pkg elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 lb Monterey cheese, jack, or amrican cheese.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

About 50 minutes before serving grease a 2 qt casserole cook macaroni as directed
Meanwhile cut cheese into small cubes.
In casserole combine drained macaroni, cheese, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper.
Mix well cover
bake 350 30 minutes
