Garlic butter sauce for pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1


In a small saucepan melt butter, add garlic and saute until cooked.
Strain the butter/garlic mixture through some cheesecloth so it's clarified. Pour over pasta and season with dried oregano and basil. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
