Ingredients
- 15 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Non-Hydrogenated Margarine, melted
- 3 Squares Baker's White Chocolate, divided
- 2 Pkg. ( 250 g each ) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 C. Raspberry Jam
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Mix cookie crumbs & margarine; press onto bottom of 8-in. square pan. Melt 2 chocolate squares as directed on pkg. Beat cream cheese, sugar & vanilla with mixer till blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just till blended. Pour over crust. Bake 25-28 min. or till centre is almost set. Cool 5 min; spread with jam. Melt remaining chocolate square; drizzle over cheesecake. Cool cheesecake. Refrigerate 4 hours. Cut into 24 bars & serve.
