Shredded beef tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 . 2-3 lb roast beef
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • cumin
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put roast beef in a slow cooker. Season with cumin , salt and pepper. Pour can of rotel tomatoes over top of seasoned roast. Cook on low for about 7 hours. Remove from cooker and put on a plate , shred beef.



Serve with

Taco shells
cheese
lettuce
tomato
salsa
sour cream
gaucomole
