Linguine with crab, lemon & parsley

  • 150 g linguine
  • olive oil
  • 1 red chilli , finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove , sliced
  • 1 x 170g tin white crabmeat , drained
  • 1 lemon , juiced
  • 1/2 a small bunch parsley , chopped

Preparation

Step 1

 
Cook the linguine following the pack instructions.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pan and gently cook the chilli and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Drain the pasta, keeping 2-3 tbsp of the cooking water. Tip the pasta, crab, lemon and parsley into the pan with the oil and chilli. Toss everything together, heating through and adding some of the pasta cooking water to bring everything together
