Ingredients
- 3 Tbs. garlic, chopped
- 1 lb. squash, shredded
- 1/2 lb. cooked linguine
- 1 //2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Shaved parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in skillet.
Add chopped garlic and shredded squash. Cook 1 minute. Toss with cooked linguine, toasted sliced almonds, 2 Tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Top with shaved Parmesan.
