Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cups original Bisquick mix
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat griddle to medium-low heat and brush with vegetable oil.

In a large bowl whisk together all ingredients until blended.

For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Flip when edges turn dry. Cook until other side is golden brown.
