Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp curry powder
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse peas. Preheat oven to 400F
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Spread onto sheet pan and roast for 40 minutes. Shake pan every 10 minutes until crispy.
Serve immediately.
