Rhubarb bread

A delicious bread when rhubarb is in season. Great for brunch or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 2/3 c oil
  • 1 c sour milk
  • 1 teas salt
  • 1 teas soda
  • 1 teas vanilla
  • 2 c rhubarb
  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together. Put into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle the top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
