BLT Dip

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon each: garlic powder and onion powder
  • 2 c. chopped argula, stems removed
  • 18 slices cooked bacon, cooled and crumbled
  • 4 tomatoes, diced fine
  • melba toast, breadsticks or crackers.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon each: garlic powder and onion powder, in medium bowl. Cover. Chill at least 5 hrs., up to 24. Remove from fridge one hr. before guests arrival.

Before serving, stir in 2 c. chopped argula, stems removed; 18 slices cooked bacon, cooled and crumbled, 4 tomatoes, diced fine. Serve with melba toast, breadsticks or crackers.
