Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp salt 2 ml
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 75 ml
- 4 unpeeled potatoes, cut in eight wedges 4
- 1 tsp paprika 5 ml
- 1 tsp garlic powder 5 ml
- 2 tbsp oil 25 ml
- 1/4 tsp pepper 1 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheese and seasonings. Toss potatoes in oil, then cheese mixture. Place wedges onto a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake at 200 ºC (400 ºF) until golden and tender (about 40 min). Makes 32 appetizers.
