Ingredients
- 4 to 5 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter
- enough milk to make potatoes creamy
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced and seeded
- 1 chipotle pepper, diced and seeded or 2 tsps. chipotle pepper paste
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sweet potatoes until tender. Drain, peel, and dice into small pieces. Add butter and milk and whip until creamy. Stir in diced peppers.
