Sauce - Lobster Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 c Chardonay
  • 1/2 c Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 c Unsalted Butter
  • Fresh Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

On Medium heat add onions, lemon and Chardonnay. Simmer to 1/2
Add cream and simmer to 1/2
Remove from heat and whisk in Butter
Add parsley

Sprinkle ravioli with Parmesan Cheese
