My Mom's Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 Medium size potatos
  • 2 Medium size onions chopped
  • 6 Pieces celery chopped
  • 5 small dill pickles chopped
  • 2 Tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 cup Hellmans mayonaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • season salt

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatos with jackets on about 1 hour.
When potatos are done take from water immediately and cool.
Add onions, celery and dill pickles
Chop hard boiled eggs and add
Season with salt pepper & season salt
Add pickle juice and mayonaise.
