Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husks still on
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1 t salt
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 t chili powder
- 3 T honey
- zest of 1 lime
Preparation
Step 1
For butter, mix the ingredients in a bowl. Place onto a piece of plastic wrap and carefully roll into a tube shape and refrigerate.
Heat grill to med high heat.
Place corn, still in husks onto the grill.
Allow to cook with the lid down for 30 min. Remove from grill and let it cool to the touch.
Remove the husks and melt the butter over the corn.
