Pineapple-Peach Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 (46 oz) can pineapple juice
  • 2 (15 oz) cans cream coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups peach necter
  • 1 1/2 cups apricot necter
  • 1 liter chilled vodka
  • 1 liter chilled club soda

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pineapple juice, cream coconut, peach necter and cups apricot necter. Divide into three zip-top bags and freeze 2-3 hours or until slushy. Let stand for 5 min then pour mixture into punch bowl and stir in vodka and top with club soda.
