Ingredients
- 1 9” graham cracker crust 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1 14 ounce condensed milk 1/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1 packet gelatin
- 2/3 cup key lime juice (bottled is great)
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk milk, yogurt, limejuice and zest. Sprinkle gelatin over water. Soften 2 minutes then whisk into lime mixture. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally until mixture begins to set. Pour into pie shell and chill overnight (preferably). Top with whipping cream or Cool whip.
