Ingredients
- 2 lbs. green beans
- 1 Tb oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 6 Tb grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. preheat oven to 375. Grease a baking sheet. Line a second baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add green beans to greased baking sheet and toss with oil, salt and garlic. Spread in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes.
3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, until cheese is golden and crispy. Let cool and crumble into small bits (like breadcrumbs). Toss with green beans.
