Ingredients
- 1 lb. chuck
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 c water
- 1 pkg. Taco seasoning
- 2 c small Fritos
- 1/4 c cheddar cheese
- lettuce
- tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and onion, drain. Add water and seasoning, cook as directed on package. Cover meat with cheese and heat on low until melted.
Top with chips, lettuce and tomatoes.
