Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds diced cooked turkey 1 Tablespoon chopped onion (green)
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 3/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup slivered blanched almonds 15 crushed potato chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise. Toss with turkey mixture. Turn into a 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until mixture is bubbling.
