Ingredients
- 6 tbsp nonfat lemon yogurt
- 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 mint sprigs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix yogurt and sour cream.
Layer 1/2 cup cantaloupe, 1/4 cup blueberries and 2 1/2 tbsp yogurt mixture in each of four 8 oz glasses. (stemmed glasses add and elegant touch)
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
