Grilled Maple Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbs. Maple Syrup
  • 6 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 3/4 tsp. Coarsely Ground Pepper
  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops (1 1/2" Thick, about 12 oz. each)

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk syrup, vinegar, salt and pepper until well blended. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops, seal bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Reserve remaining marinade for basting. Spray grill to lightly coat. Drain pork chops, discarding marinade in bag. Grill pork chops, covered, over medium heat for 13-17 minutes; turn occasionally and baste with reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
