Ingredients
- 1 C canned pumpkin
- 1 recipe chocolate chip cookie dough
- 3/4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 C prepared cream cheese frosting
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease cookie sheets.
Beat dough, pumpkin, flour and pumpkin pie spice in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Spread about 1 tsp. frosting on flast side of one cookie; top with second cookie. Repeat with remaining frosting and cookies.
