Ingredients
- 10 ounces chopped spinach -- frozen
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 8 ounces water chestnuts -- finely chopped
- 3 green onion -- finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Squeeze spinach until dry
*In medium bowl stir together all ingredients
*Cover chill well
*Serve with pumpernickel bread or crackers
