Ingredients
- 10 cups rhubarb diced small
- 6 cups sugar
- 6 cups strawberries chopped small
- 3 small packages strawberry jello
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pan, cover rhubarb with the sugar. Let sit overnight. Add strawberries and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add jello. Pour into small jars or containers and store in refrigerator or freezer.
Makes 8 pints
